When you consider that nearly 60% of our body's energy is spent on digestion, it becomes a realization that it is so important to consider what we provide our bodies with to supply that energy. The food we eat directly correlates to the symptoms of poor digestion, which causes our intestinal wall to breakdown and leads to our body's hormones being overwhelmed. This in turn causes fatigue, brain fog, depression, weight gain, weakened immune system, and many more side effects essentially creating disease within the body

Our Initial Consultation Steps

Step 1

You will be asked to fill out an on-line Digestive Health Intake Form which is a review of your health history and lifestyle routines. This will help me get to know more about the client’s unique situation and individual needs.

Step 2

Through this analysis, I will equip you with a treatment program that’s specific to you. This personalized treatment program consists of dietary and lifestyle recommendations that will get you on the path to a more balanced and vibrant you! 

Step 3

At the end of your first consultation, you will understand your unique constitution (body/mind type) and any imbalances that may be present. (Initial consult 90 minutes)

Step 4

Follow-up visits are based on the individual client’s needs and are 45 minutes.
