Join me the first Sunday of the month for a deeper transformation through this Holy Yoga class. Start your month armored in God's truth - God's word. This class will include the essential elements of yoga: breath work, meditation and physical postures. In all of these elements, Christ will be the focus of our intention and worship. Class will begin by meditating on God's word, and a theme that will be woven into the entire class through music and movement.
