Service Description

Turi Hetherington, E-RYT500, Certified iRest®, LPF Certified, from Bozeman will facilitate the Low Pressure Fitness Hypopressive Training as well as iRest Yoga Nidra sessions. Lisa Stavrakas, LMT, Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Wellness Coach , will lead meditation, yoga sessions, and share Ayurvedic lifestyle habits for optimal hormonal balance. Together, we’ll co-create a sacred space to connect, move, nourish and rest. Delicious, Ayurvedic hormone balancing meals will be prepared and shared. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions. LPF is a progressive full-body movement system that uses myofascial stretching, postural and respiratory re-education, and neurodynamics to tone and strengthen the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. It also improves cardio-pulminary fitness and balances the nervous system. Specific pelvic health conditions like prolapse, incontinence and pelvic pain have also shown significant improvements.
