Whole Body Wellness (WBW) is a SIX-week coaching program that quickly changes lives using modern scientific findings and ancient wisdom. The course will empower you to take responsibility for your own healing by incorporating Ayurvedic lifestyle habits. This is not a "all or nothing" phenomenon that you need to concern yourself with. Over time, you will witness for yourself the power of healthy habits and how they transform your body and mind. Are you ready for a BODY RESET? Then WBW is for YOU! • Improve digestion and elimination • Improve Hormonal Functions • Decrease inflammation naturally • Lessen bloat and puffiness • Improve your sleep quality • Support ongoing health concerns • Master your daily schedule • Shift your metabolism • Reduce aches, pains, and worries How do you start cultivating healthy habits? You start slowly and in small, measurable increments. Each week will begin with a new habit, each habit will build on itself. As you incorporate these habits, you will automatically feel both the subtle and physical impacts of the habit and its benefit, leading you to become empowered to cultivate healthy habits. What's Included: + 6 weekly, 75 minute live calls with Lisa (recorded to listen at your leisure). Held on Tuesday evenings from 7-8:15 p.m. +Link to Private WBW Community Page where you can post questions or comments throughout the week. + ONE, 60-minute Personalized Coaching Session with Lisa (If possible, please book prior to the start of the course). + BONUS - Recorded yoga practice and meditation specifically designed around the course.
