About

Lent is a sacred season when Christians pause to reflect on Jesus’ sacrifice and prepare their hearts for Easter. Like John the Baptist, who called for repentance and humility, Lent invites us to ready our hearts to fully receive Christ and celebrate His resurrection. Because His death was the greatest sacrifice, many choose to fast—setting aside certain foods or habits as an act of devotion. Fasting is not a fad diet; it is a spiritual discipline that deepens our awareness of true nourishment and strengthens the connection between body, mind, and faith. Like Daniel, we can choose a God-centered way of eating that helps us thrive and fulfill His purposes. In Ayurveda, we cleanse twice a year—spring and fall. The spring cleanse feels like a renewal for body and soul. Over time, I’ve combined this practice with Scripture to create a Faith & Fasting Cleanse—a holistic approach that nurtures body, mind, and Spirit. Lent is a beautiful time to embrace this rhythm. An Ayurvedic cleanse gently supports digestion, encourages the release of toxins, and promotes emotional balance, mental clarity, and immune health. Throughout Scripture, fasting prepared hearts and strengthened faith: Moses — revelation Elijah — strength and guidance Daniel — clarity Esther — courage Jesus — victory over temptation When we intentionally support the body, we often experience renewed clarity in heart, mind, and physical well-being. This cleanse includes daily prayer, meditation on God’s Word, and gentle movement. It is donation-based so finances never stand in the way. I will personally guide you through preparation, the cleanse, and reintroducing foods, with daily meetings and access to a private online community and recorded meditations.
