Our last workshop in April was a huge success - this one is even better. Iron Mountain is a deeply healing space. Come unplug and immurse yourself in the beautiful surrounds of nature.
What can I anticipate?
Join us for a soul-nourishing experience that blends the wisdom of Science, the Sacred Feminine, and holistic well-being practices. This unique retreat brings together the harmonious trio of Yoga, Low Pressure Fitness, and Ayurveda to create a sanctuary for your mind, body, and spirit.
Learn how to Ayurvedically honor the season of summer by focusing on staying cool, grounded, relaxed, and yet engaged with the vibrance of the season.
Retreat to Iron Mountain high above Princton, MT. Start your morning with meditation and yoga in the cozy studio. Then enjoy the tranquility of the summer breeze blowing through the trees, relax in woodburning hot tub or sauna, gather around the campfire or enjoy a hike through the woods. Delicious seasonal Ayurvedic meals will be prepared for you.
Unable to attend this summer's retreat ? Plan to attend our October retreat as we look at the fall seasonal habits and food, and prepare for the winter.
Yoga / Meditation
Learn about principals like yoga, breathwork and meditation to de-stress. No one has said it better than Dr Vasant Lad, “We know quite well using laymen’s understanding that stress is very much a ‘fight or flight’ physiological state of being". What better place to bring you back into alignment with your true self, who you were created to be, than Iron Mountain.
Pelvic Health
Turi will be guiding us through the amazing technique called Low Pressure Fitness (LPF). LPF offers a holistic approach to strengthen your core, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being. Unleash your inner strength with mindful movements that honor the sacred feminine essence.
-
Toning and strengthening your pelvic floor - without doing kegels!
-
Managing intra-abdominal pressure - reducing incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
Ayurveda
In Ayurveda, health is about balance; about bringing the Doshas back into balance and about being healthy in our own Prakriti (natural body constitution) – which regulates hormones. Hormones ebb and flow for the dialing up and down of various body processes as do doshas. The very definition of health in Ayurveda is about the doshas, and agni (digestive and metabolic fire) being in balance and one’s senses, mind, and spirit being pleasant.
