In this six week Mindful Movement class you will learn how to appropriately breath with gentle movement that incorporates proper alignment. When we connect breath with movement, we increase lymphatic fluid, improve immunity, increase range of motion, reduce fascial restrictions and adhesions from streess, trauma, accidents, and injuries.
